State Farm to School Legislative Survey: 2002-2013
Center for Agriculture and Food Systems (CAFS) at Vermont Law School and, National Farm to School Network
This survey covers state legislation proposed, enacted, pending, or defeated between 2002 and November 2013, and updates the original survey from August 2011.  To date, forty-six states have proposed or enacted legislation regarding farm to school programs.
